Psaromoura beach was indeed really close to the hotel. Easy walk to Delicious Vaflaki, where you can have lunch. I got free upgrade and really enjoyed it.

The location is great, just a short walk to stunning beaches like Liguria beach and conveniently located next to local supermarkets and a supermarket opposite the hotel. The rooms are spacious and have great facilities like air conditioning.

The noise level can be quite high due to the thin walls, which can make it difficult to sleep and relax.

We were looking for one-night stop-over (returning from south coast, having early flight). Perla apartments were within reasonable distance from Heraklion airport. The place gives reasonable value for the money (in terms of room size and cleanliness). That's all positive I can say.

Personnel (likely Ukrainian) tries little tricks to new comers (like putting you to a room without window). WiFi works only within very limited area (approx. Within radius of 3 metres from reception desk) and it's unstable. The place is full of mosquitoes.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located in a unique and serene location. The breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea was truly relaxing. One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach, just 200-300m away, which meant there was no disturbance from traffic or crowded areas. The hotel had an amazing and pristine swimming pool, perfect for children to play safely. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, resembling more of apartments than typical hotel rooms. It was truly an ideal place for families.

We only stayed 1 night before leaving Crete (1/2h from Heraklion). Our apartment for 4 was nice and clean, as well as the swiming pool. Economic price, calm place, staff very friendly and helpful, family atmosphere.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially if you book a late rooms deal. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious one-bedroom apartment we upgraded to, which actually had two bedrooms, a lounge/dining area, and a small kitchen. The rooms were freshly painted, clean, and well-maintained, and we had a large balcony with a distant view of the sea. The daily cleaning service and regular towel changes were a nice touch. The pool area was also clean and of a good size, with plenty of sunbeds available. It's worth mentioning that there are 3 beaches within a short walk from the hotel, and a small supermarket conveniently located right in front.

All was just fine, no complaints at all.

Apartments are situated on calm place, not far from center, just across the road is Market. We were satisfied with heplful staff and condition of our apartment.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooms are quite nice and the swimming pool is very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The location is the worst thing about the apartments as it's located at the top of the hill, quite a walk out of the main bar and shop area.

The hotel is a great value for the money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, right by the beach, allowing for easy access to the sea. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable, with a good air conditioning system in both bedrooms. Additionally, breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and satisfying.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

We spent our New Year’s Eve at this hotel and it was a great experience. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed swimming and sunbathing during the day. The rooms were also clean and had a great view of the mountains and the sea. the location was perfect as it was just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

The main downside of our stay was the cleanliness of the floors. Although the bedding and bathroom were clean, we noticed that the floors were quite dirty.

Perla is a very nice place to stay and relax. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. I will recomended to anyone.
